1. Introduction

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the user") and Bedini Labs ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the HabitTap mobile application. By downloading or using HabitTap, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

HabitTap is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. By using the app, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the app or its services
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission

3. Subscriptions & Payments

HabitTap may offer optional subscription plans. All purchases and subscriptions are handled exclusively through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms and policies.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings
• Refund requests are governed by Google Play's refund policies
• Bedini Labs does not directly process payments or issue refunds

4. Disclaimer

HabitTap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bedini Labs makes no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app
• The accuracy or reliability of any content within the app
• Fitness for any particular purpose

Use of the app is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bedini Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, HabitTap. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to These Terms

Bedini Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
